How to Brush Your Teeth

Brushing your teeth may seem straight forward, but there are certain techniques to follow to ensure your pearly whites get the deep clean they need. Here’s the step-by-step process for how to brush your teeth:

  2. Align your brush at a 45-degree angle to your gums.
  3. Making short strokes, begin to brush the outward facing surfaces of your teeth.

  5. Finish up with a brush of the tongue to remove bacteria.
  6. Spit, rinse, and you’re ready to go!
