One of the best ways to keep your teeth free of cavities is with a regular flossing routine. Make sure you’re getting it right with these tips:
Step 1: Wrap an 18 inch string of floss around both of your middle fingers, leaving one inch inbetween.
Step 2: Push the floss between the spaces inbetween your teeth all the way up to your gumline and along the sides of each bordering tooth.
Step 3: Repeat on remaining teeth.
